Matt began his career in marketing 2 decades ago, an arena in which he worked for a number of years before making the transition into sales in 2008. Working his way up the ranks within a large independent London chain, he headed up the MICE division for many years overseeing the proactive sales team for 11 hotels. Following on from this, Matt was the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of London’s largest hotels.
